Cancellation Policy
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to pay 50% of your service cost and need to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee in 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited or restricted booking access.
